INSTRUCTOR AUTUMN FELDMEIER

Autumn
Autumn is a yoga instructor with over 300 hours of Teacher Training in Vinyasa (or Flow) styled yoga which represents the connection between yoga and breath. As a former athlete who has completed 9 marathons, 4 triathalons, and continues to run, she appreciates the connection between a strong athletic practice and the mindfullness of yoga.

Her yoga practice has helped her recover from two ACL surgeries and continue her running and athletics. Also, she says that the mindfullness of the yoga practice has made her more fluid and graceful in her other activities.

Autumn says that every athlete will notice increased flexibility, agility, awareness and fluidity from their yoga practice, and she caters the practice to flow smoothly in conjunction with the Kickboxing and Taekwondo routines, thus showing benefits in both!
