"I started my martial training at age 13. To be consider a 2nd generation artist whose dad is a master Wing Chun stylish that is quiet a late stage to start, but nevertheless I began my training without my dad's approval or help. At the age of 13 I was introduced to Taekwondo training by a fellow class mate of mine in middle school. What started out as a hobby has now become much more: Martial arts is my way of life, a school of thought, and ways of the old principle to live by. It is because of martial art that I have developed into a much different person then I would have been without its guidance: loyalty, honor, and inner peace are now the essence of my daily life and are what I strive for.

As a professional martial artist I feel the need to want more...... more from my art and more from myself. The systematic style called TKD can't be the whole truth. So I went and explored deeper into the roots of martial arts. I began training Wushu under Zhang Ling Mei who was a former Chinese national champions coach. Because of Wushu I discovered the graceful side of martial art - what can be deadly can also be a very beautiful thing. Wushu has definitly given me the urge to perfect all my forms, and strive for both beauty and combat in all my martial training. Soon afterward, I began my acrobatic training in Circus School Of Art. The will to want more has driven me into a never ending quest for my training. I have been cross training in many other style such as Yau Kung Moon, Hapkido, Choy Lay Fut, Wing Chun, and to my most recent Iaido training that's overseen by my sensei Andrej Diamantstein a 7th dan in Z.N.I.R.

Besides physical gain, spirtual gain, I have developed a sense of self reward from my training. Never had I realized besides using my skills to teach in martial art, it can also be used to create action cinema. It is because of Eric Jacobus from the Stunt People that I have started as a stuntman and fighter for their films. Since then I have been a part of the Stunt People. Our main goal has been trying to keep the standard of the Hong Kong action cinema alive, and constantly perfecting our martial skills on screen. Fortunately I was also able to work with Jeff Centauri who owns the comapny called A55 film. Beside having his own film company, he also worked with Sammo Hung as his stunt double in a popular TV series called "Martial Law". Since age 13 my whole life is based around martial arts. Right now I am currently teaching Taekwondo, stunts, and acrobatic in San Francisco."
